Yes. Our deliveries arrive in Arnold's Appliance owned trucks operated by our own employees, and we do not subcontract our deliveries like so many other stores do. That gives us much more control over the quality of service you receive. Our professional delivery team moves quickly to get the job done, but we do it right and make sure you are satisfied before we leave. We provide sales, delivery, and installation from our Bellevue, Washington store.

Yes. We employ our own licensed installers for built-in products like dishwashers, wall ovens, cooktops, and vent hoods, and we can install virtually everything we sell, assuming specifications are compatible. A few exceptions apply, such as remote ventilation motors, which need to be flanged under roofing or siding in coordination with those trades, and ventilation ducting, which should be specified well in advance and done by your mechanical contractor early in construction.

We can make minor cuts in most surfaces to fit your new products in. Our standard installation hooks up to existing utilities that meet the product's specifications and does not include modifying or replacing those utilities, though we may be able to perform certain modifications for an additional fee. For major cabinet, electrical, plumbing, or venting work, we recommend giving specifications to a qualified professional licensed for those trades. We're happy to help with specifications and referrals.

Before we schedule installation, all cabinets and countertops must be installed, and all electrical and plumbing services must be live, meet current codes, and be located per the product specifications. We also need clear, safe access for moving your appliance to and through your home, including interior and exterior steps. For ventilation, the reinforcement, ducting, and electrical power must be in place first. An adult at least 18 years old who can make decisions must be present at delivery or installation.

Yes. Getting rid of your old appliance is our specialty, and we haul away and recycle thousands of appliances each year. Our delivery and installation team can haul off your old appliance when we deliver your new one, and we can take care of disposal when a replacement is installed for you. Delivery and installation costs are determined at the time of purchase, so ask your sales associate about haul away when you order.

Please give us at least 48 hours' notice, and we will reschedule your delivery or installation on a first available basis. If we arrive at your jobsite and cannot complete the delivery or installation because of the conditions covered in our terms, you will incur a $150 trip charge plus any additional costs, such as ferry fees or tolls. Inspect your new appliance for visible damage when it is delivered, and notify the delivery or installation crew before you sign any packing slips. If the product is damaged, you have the right to refuse the delivery, and we will contact you to schedule another delivery. If your product is defective upon arrival, notify a product expert within 48 hours of receiving it. See our return and store policies for full details.

Our CPS warranty covers 100% parts and labor, and the coverage begins after the manufacturer's warranty ends, so a 5-year plan can cover you for a possible 8 years total. It includes in-home service for material and workmanship defects, zero deductibles, protection from power surges, food loss coverage up to $250, a laundry credit up to $50, and delivery and haul away or removal and reinstall credits up to $75 each.

CPS has a hassle-free claims process, so you are only one mouse click or phone call away from a professional repair. You can file a claim with CPS directly. If your product cannot be repaired, CPS will offer you a check for the cost of the replacement. Our No Lemon Guarantee also applies: if your product fails three times due to the same malfunction, CPS will replace your unit.
