    Return Policy

    We are committed to your satisfaction. Returning a product can be stressful on customers, so we’re here to help you get it right the first time. Our talented product experts are available to help you select the right product for your needs and application. We encourage you to take advantage of our expertise before making your purchase.

    If a return is necessary, your sales associate can help facilitate the return. To start the return process, call or email us at the phone number or email address found on our Contact Us page. Policies and procedures for obtaining a return authorization vary based on the reason for return. See below for more information.

    Defective Products: Most of our products include a one-year parts and labor warranty. See your product literature or speak with one of our product experts for details. If your product is defective upon arrival, notify product expert of the problem within 48 hours of receiving goods. If you notice the defect after 48 hours of receiving goods, please contact the product’s manufacturer directly. Contact information for the manufacturer is included in the product literature. NOTE: Most manufacturers require one service call to diagnose the problem.

    Damaged Products: Product(s) will be delivered by one of our delivery teams for all local deliveries; Feel free to call us for our local delivery area. Upon delivery, inspect your product for damage. If the product is damaged, you have the right to refuse the delivery. We will contact you to schedule another delivery. Freight delivery policy varies.     The Product Does Not Meet Your Needs: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will need to contact the store regarding any cancellation or return. Delivered products in use are not returnable. Any returned products must be free of any cosmetic damage. Products that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return or may incur a 20% restocking fee. Any product that has been installed or attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Delivery and Installation charges from our warehouse are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for charges incurred when returning a product.

    Special order merchandise may be subject to a 20% restocking fee — even if not yet delivered — and will not be eligible for return if delivered and out of the box.

    The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.

    Delivery and Installation Terms and Conditions

    Product Specifications and Installation Documents

    Costs for these services Product specifications and installation instructions are available through most manufacturers’ websites. Arnold's Appliance Inc. will assist you in acquiring these documents. It is the responsibility of the customer or of the customer’s representative or contractors to verify that the product they have selected will fit in its intended location as specified in these documents and that they have the proper power, utilities connections, venting and waist provisions located as specified in these documents. Arnold's Appliance standard installation services provide hookups to existing utilities meeting the specified requirements only and do not provide modifications or replacement of these existing utilities. Arnold's Appliance may be able to perform certain types of modifications for an additional fee while others may require you to hire a specialist.

    Site Preparation and Access

    Before scheduling installation all cabinets and countertops must be installed and all electrical and plumbing services must be live, meet current codes and be located per product specifications. There must be a clear, solid and safe access of sufficient size for the mobilization of your new appliance to and throughout the home along the intended path to the location of installation. Both interior and exterior steps must be available. We cannot cross ditches or haul product on planks. Arnold's Appliance can remove most interior doors with pin style hinges if needed. The removal of stairway handrails is not included in our standard installation service. Snow and debris must be removed from driveways and walkways. Bushes and trees encroaching on pathways can damage product. You may be asked to sign a waiver against damage if our only access is through tight, narrow areas or encroaching shrubbery where we may not be able to insure against damage.


    Before the installation of ventilation equipment all reinforcement and backing material must be in place, all ducting as well as electrical power must be installed, properly sized and located as specified in the manufacturer’s documents. There must be sufficient access to make the required connections. Many local codes now require make up air at specific air volumes. These code requirements vary by location and interpretation is best left up to HVAC specialists. Arnold's Appliance may recommend products with air volumes that have been accepted without make up air by building inspectors in the past however these air volumes may not meet the levels recommended by the manufacturers of the cooking products you may have chosen. Arnold's Appliance accepts no responsibility for the performance of underpowered ventilation or of the acceptance by building inspectors if higher power ventilation is chosen.

    Inspect for Damage

    Please inspect your new appliance for visible damage and notify the delivery or installation crew prior to signing any packing slips. If you or your contractors are providing installation check all items for concealed damage PRIOR to installation. DO NOT INSTALL the product if damage is found. Keep all packaging and call your sales representative. Freight companies, distributors and manufacturers will not accept damage claims without the original packaging or if the products have been installed.


    If you should need to reschedule your delivery or installation please provide at least 48 hours notice. Your delivery or installation will be rescheduled on a first available basis. If we show up to your jobsite and we cannot complete the delivery or installation due to any of the conditions covered in these Terms and Conditions you will incur an additional trip charge of $150 plus any additional costs incurred such as Ferry Fees or Tolls. You will be rescheduled for our first available opening after your site preparations are complete. Please make sure you are ready for us or that you contact us to reschedule with 48 hours notice.

    Authorized Adult

    There must be an adult of at least 18 years of age authorized to make decisions present at the time of delivery or installation.
